Notes: 1. Shaded areas are midnight to 8am PST.
2. Readings above 1500 count as 1500 (i.e. 100%) toward performance percentages.
3. Black areas are outages and count as zero speed. Outages are defined as those times when mdm.net does not respond to a ping.
4. Non-outage hours without readings result when a speed server cannot be reached. These do not count toward the totals.
